Once we have gone through what the Gestalt Laws are in the classroom, you will have to put into practice your drawing skills to create images based on one of those rules: the CLOSURE LAW.
Una vez hemos visto en clase las LEYES de la GESTALT, vamos a poner en juego nuestra habilidad con el dibujo para crear imágenes basadas en una de esas leyes: la LEY de CERRAMIENTO.
You will have to create a template made out of squares, 15 in total, and fill them up with different geometric patterns using your graphite pencil. The second step will be to change that pattern (density, direction, shape, etc.) in a specific area (square, triangle and circle shaped) so then, and due to the CLOUSER LAW of visual perception, we will get the illusion of that shape. Finally you will go over your design with black felt tip marker.
Crearéis una plantilla de 15 cuadrados, tres filas de 5 cuadrados cada una, y la rellenaréis con diferentes patrones geométricos usando lápiz. Luego cambiaréis el patrón (su densidad, dirección, forma, etc.) en un área central que tenga la forma de cuadrado, triángulo y círculo. Debido a la LEY de CERRAMIENTO tendremos la sensación de que esas figuras realmente están en el dibujo. Finalmente pasaréis a tinta vuestros diseños
